How to Read This List
A Customer Data subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data on dashboardWISE’s behalf to provide the service. A business service provider instead processes account, billing, booking, or consent-based usage information for dashboardWISE’s own business purposes. It does not receive law-firm Customer Content in that role.
A location below describes the current dashboardWISE configuration or the provider’s published processing footprint. A provider may use its own subprocessors in additional locations under its data processing terms.
Customer Data Subprocessors
These providers may process Customer Personal Data to host, secure, monitor, and operate the dashboardWISE service.
Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services, Inc.
Production hosting, including compute, PostgreSQL database, object storage, queues, content delivery, monitoring, and transactional email.

- Customer Content, account and access records, files, queue payloads, operational records, and email delivery data.
- Location
- Regional service cell — AWS us-west-1 (Oregon, US) or eu-west-2 (London, UK)
Axiom
Axiom, Inc.
Application logging, diagnostics, audit events, and operational monitoring.
- Data
- Application and audit logs, request metadata, technical identifiers, and limited account or contact data present in logged events.
- Location
- Regional ingest edge — Axiom US East or EU Central, matched to the service cell
Business Service Providers
These providers support dashboardWISE’s analytics, billing, and scheduling activities. They are listed separately because their role is not to process law-firm Customer Content for the service.
PostHog
PostHog, Inc.
Consent-based product analytics, page measurement, and feature usage measurement.

Polar
Polar Software, Inc.
Checkout, subscription administration, billing, and tax processing.

Cal.com
Cal.com, Inc.
Sales and onboarding meeting scheduling.

- Name, email address, meeting time, and information supplied when booking.

Customer-Connected Services
Clio Manage and Smokeball are customer-selected practice management systems, not infrastructure vendors selected by dashboardWISE. A customer authorises dashboardWISE to exchange data with its account in the selected service. The provider’s own agreement with the customer continues to govern that service.
Changes and Questions
We may update this list as providers or processing arrangements change. Where required by our Data Processing Addendum, we will give affected customers reasonable advance notice of a new subprocessor that will materially process Customer Personal Data.
